Water Mitigation

Drying science is the foundation of our water damage restoration services. Properly drying a structure requires more than fans, equipment, and a three-letter certification nobody can seem to pronounce. It takes experience, sound judgment, and a clear understanding of how moisture moves through a building.

If you can build it, we can dry it. We've dried structures of all shapes and sizes including homes, schools, high rise hotels, and large retail stores.

Mold Remediation

Many Florida mold remediators rely heavily on chemicals, coatings, and other “magic potions” to address mold. We believe in the fundamentals—and our technicians practice them every day: source removal, source removal, and more source removal.

Our demolition activities are carefully controlled. Sanding, HEPA vacuuming, and damp wiping are performed within a HEPA-filtered, negative-pressure environment to remove visible mold growth and reduce residual spores and fragments.

Water Source Identification

You don’t have a mold problem—you have a water problem. The mold is just the warning light on the dashboard.

Our consultants investigate active leaks, historical water intrusion, and contributing moisture conditions. Hands-on construction experience throughout Florida helps them evaluate how buildings respond to our state’s demanding climate.

This approach sets us apart. By understanding how water and moisture move through a structure, we can help identify the conditions contributing to indoor mold growth and provide practical recommendations for correction and prevention.

Moisture Evaluation

Mapping and documenting moisture conditions are essential components of a thorough assessment. Moisture detection can provide valuable clues when tracing water sources, identifying concealed damage, and locating conditions that may support hidden mold growth. Infrared thermography is particularly useful when evaluating HVAC performance, investigating air infiltration, and conducting broad surveys following large water-loss events.

Moisture measurements are never an afterthought. Psychrometric conditions and detailed moisture readings are documented throughout each phase of our evaluation.

Sampling & Laboratory Analysis

Air sampling is sometimes useful when hidden mold is suspected. Surface sampling can help to settle a debate amongst professionals. Sadly, routine sampling like this has become common in the industry, even when it may not be necessary. Results can be ambiguous and generally serve to complicate things.

Our consultants arrive  prepared with sampling equipment in the tool bag, but only reach for it when value is added.  Don't end up with tickets to the clown show.  Hire a reputable and credentialed consultant who will focus on visible mold conditions.
